All of our ales have been developed with the Texas Hill Country in mind. Our recipes deviate
slightly from traditional standards to compensate for the warmer Texas climate. We do not
filter or pasteurize any of our beers. All of the artwork for our labels was done by local artists.

Kolsch-Styled brew whose recipe has
been modified for a sweet tang and
smooth, refreshing finish. Think
lederhosen made from denim.
Denim-Hosen is a traditional German

Our English old ale take its name from
Boerne's landmark original county
courthouse, the second oldest in the
state. Old Courthouse is dark, but not
heavy, with distinctive roasted malt
flavors of coffee, chocolate, molasses,
and caramel.
