| Boerne Brewery loves supporting its community. As you can imagine, we get a lot of requests for donations of all sorts from any number of types of organizations. We cannot possibly honor all of the requests we get, so we need a way to fairly filter through the requests. We have put together an application that qualifying groups can submit to request a donation. Before even getting that far, please realize and understand that the following will be declined: |

- • Requests from organizations lacking 501(c)(3) status. If your
company is trying to make a profit, you should understand that
we are trying to do the same.
• Requests for product at a business event for “exposure”. Our
attempts to pay our electric bill with exposure credit were rejected.
• Donations of product that will be sold. It’s against the law. It’s
that simple. If you are charging for entry to your event or selling
the alcohol provided at the event, we CANNOT donate beer to
your event.
The Donation Request Form will ask for several pieces of
information. Incomplete forms will not be considered for donations.

AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Boerne Brewery reserves the right to deny ANY request for ANY
reason.
You are responsible for picking up any/all donated item at the brewery
and for the safekeeping of any items that are borrowed from the
brewery.
